The following situations will result in failed payments. Please read carefully and verify before placing your order!
If your subscription fails to process due to the following reasons, refunds will not be issued!
❌ Situation 1: [Subscription Not Expired] Cannot Recharge
For example, if you previously recharged via iOS / Android / Credit Card, do not place a new order if your subscription is not yet expired.
Please first confirm in your billing history: Only place an order if you do not have an active subscription!
i.e if your Android subscription is not yet expired, you cannot recharge.
❌ Situation 2: [Outstanding Balance] or [Refunds] in your Billing History
An outstanding balance or refunds in your account will cause the recharged funds to be used to offset the balance, resulting in the subscription not being processed and no refunds will be issued!
❌ Situation 3: [Organization ID Silently Banned] Cannot Recharge
Some accounts may appear to be able to log in normally, but the organization ID has actually been banned.
This is a case of silent banning, which means recharging will not be successful, and refunds will not be issued!
