- The product is similar to a regular Slot add family, only different in the upgrade method. Normally, the customer sends an email and waits for the admin to add them to the family and receives an email back to join. Here, the customer will receive a direct invitation link to the family, they just need to use the invitation link in the browser following the instructions below for the account to be upgraded immediately.

Note: The Shop only warranties the active link after 24 hours of purchase. Within 24 hours, the customer must activate, and the active email must match the email sent to the bot corresponding to the order and invitation link. After 24 hours, the shop does not guarantee and will not refund if the link is not activated.
If the email used for the invitation link is different from the email sent to the bot and the customer does not inform before the shop notices, the shop will kick and no refund.
The shop supports changing the email only once, so choose the email carefully; any issue with changing the email is the customer's responsibility. When changing the email, the shop only supports but is not responsible, so do not rush the email change. The shop reserves the right to not change the email, as the old email is still in the family with the ultra package.
